To ensure the ultimate dining experience and service quality, we operate on a strict reservation-only basis. Please read the following policies carefully before booking. By completing your reservation, you agree to all the terms below.
一、 預約系統規範Reservation Policy
開放訂位時程：本店開放前 20 天的網路預約。Reservations open up to 20 days in advance via our online system.
線上訂位限制：每組線上訂位僅接受 1 至 6 位。超過 7 位（含）以上或包場需求，請提早透過官方管道與專人聯繫，恕不接受當日現場臨時拆桌、分開訂位或加位。Online bookings accept 1 to 6 guests. For groups of 7 or more, or private events, please contact us in advance via official channels. Splitting tables or walk-in additions on the day will not be accommodated.
座位保留與變更：座位僅保留 10 分鐘，需人數到齊方可入席。如需變更或取消，請於用餐日 3 日前提出。Seats are held for 10 minutes and all guests must be present to be seated. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 3 days prior to your dining date.
二、 餐飲形式與基本消費Menu & Minimum Spend
餐飲形式：本店提供套餐菜單，所有餐點與酒水均酌收 10% 服務費。We offer a Short Set Menu. All food and beverages are subject to a 10% service charge.
基本消費：每位賓客皆需符合基本消費限制（基本消費將於現場告知）。Each guest must meet the minimum spend requirement, which will be advised on-site.
三、 年齡接待限制Age Restriction
不接待 12 歲以下孩童：本店空間設計、氛圍及餐飲體驗皆為成人打造，僅接待 12 歲以上的貴賓。現場恕不提供兒童餐具、兒童座椅及兒童餐點。To maintain an optimal dining ambiance for adults, we only welcome guests aged 12 and above. We do not provide children’s menus, high chairs, or tableware.
四、 水資與自備酒水規範Water & Corkage Fees
水資收費：本店酌收基本水資（提供高級礦泉水或氣泡水），費用以現場人頭計費為準。Water per person fee applies for premium still or sparkling water, subject to on-site pricing.
自備酒水（洗杯費）：凡自備酒水將酌收洗杯服務費，每個杯子 NT$200。Glassware fee: NT$200 per glass.
五、 自備蛋糕規範Outside Cake Policy
食品安全與清潔：本店提供手作甜點，為確保食品安全，恕不提供自備外來食物之食用與擺盤。To ensure food safety, outside food is generally not permitted.
慶生需求：若有攜帶生日蛋糕慶生之需求，僅限於餐後進行拍照、吹蠟燭，恕不提供店內切分、代盤。For birthday celebrations, you are welcome to bring a cake for photos and candle-blowing, but cutting and serving are not provided.
代冰服務：由於後台廚房冷藏空間有限，恕不保證能提供外帶蛋糕之冷藏代冰服務。Due to limited kitchen space, refrigeration storage for outside cakes cannot be guaranteed.
六、 環境維護與破壞賠償Cleaning & Damage Fee
若消費過程中發生影響現場環境清潔或破壞裝潢之情事（如：嘔吐、打翻大量酒水餐點、打破杯具），店家有權視情況酌收環境清潔費 NT$5,000，或依裝潢與器皿破壞程度照價賠償。An environmental cleaning fee of NT$5,000 or full compensation for any interior/glassware damage will be charged in the event of vomiting, massive spills, or property damage.
七、 包廂低消Private Room Minimum Spend
餐廳提供一間 4–6 人的專屬包廂，包廂低消費用 NT$18,000（服務費另計）。Our private room seats 4 to 6 guests. Minimum spend NT$18,000, service charge not included.
